LSU Law’s Phi Alpha Delta chapter earns four awards at the annual convention

LSU Law’s Edward D. White Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta took home four awards – includuing first place for the most improved chapter – at the annual Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Convention from Aug. 8-12 in Lexington, Ky.

The Law Center’s chapter earned Most Improved Law School Chapter for the 2017-18 Academic Year. In addition, LSU Law’s Chris Guelzow won the Paul Meier Award for Outstanding Law School Vice Justice, and Nicholas Algero placed second for the Alex A. Hotchkiss Award for Outstanding Law School Chapter Justice. LSU Law also placed third in the Stanley H. Kohn Award for Outstanding Law School Chapter.

Phi Alpha Delta is an international legal fraternity that fosters legal education and the profession, not only in law schools, but also in undergraduate universities, high schools and even in elementary schools. P.A.D. pursues a plan to promote and enhance the image of the law student and the legal profession in the general community.
