Frank L. Maraist

Biography

During the 2009-10 academic year, Professor Maraist taught Evidence in both the Summer and Fall 2009 semesters.  He also taught Torts in  Fall 2009.  Professor Maraist taught Admiralty and the Problems in Proof Seminar in Spring 2010.  He also completed supplements to his books on Torts, Louisiana Civil Procedure, the Louisiana Law of Lawyering, Louisiana Evidence & Proof, Louisiana Civil Procedure-Special Proceedings, and Maritime Law.  During the academic year, he appeared as a speaker or panelist on several continuing legal education programs, and continued his service as Faculty Director of the LSU Center for Continuing Professional Development.
