During the lunch period The Public Interest Law Society will hold it’s general body meeting. At this time, students will have the opportunity to listen to a speaker discuss various public interest topics
This educational seminar, focusing on law students, teaches skills to reduce stress, increase self-compassion and improve sense of wellbeing and connectedness. This six-session series will guide students through an experiential learning process aimed at applying mindfulness in daily life. Interested students do not have to pre-register and can attend as many sessions as they like.
