This scholarship was created in 2008 through a generous donation made by Brett and Renee Furr. Brett Furr, a 1986 graduate of LSU Law, is engaged primarily in real estate and commercial litigation practice with Taylor Porter in Baton Rouge. Renee Furr is a 1986 graduate of the E.J. Ourso College of Business. Both are life-long residents of Baton Rouge and are active supporters of many community endeavors.
This scholarship will be awarded to a student who demonstrates strong academic performance.
