1970s
Rick Norman (‘79), special counsel at Taylor Porter in the firm’s Lake Charles office, has been named President of the Louisiana State Law Institute. Norman has served in its governing body since 2006.
1980s
Vicki Crochet (’80) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (Employment & Labor), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Skip Philips (’83) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (General Litigation), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Michael Walsh (’83) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (Criminal Defense), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Mary Fullington (’85) of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs LLP has been included on the 2020 Kentucky Super Lawyers list (Bankruptcy: Business), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.

Mary Hester (’94) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Super Lawyers list (Estate Planning & Probate), which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
2000s
Rebecca Hinton (‘06), a tax and estate planning attorney at Taylor Porter in the firm’s Baton Rouge office, has achieved the prestigious honor of the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent Rating, which is only received by 10% of attorneys.
Lucie Kantrow (’07), general counsel at Bernhard Capital Partners, has been elected to serve a three-year term on the Baton Rouge General Foundation Board of Governors, beginning Jan. 1.
William Sentell (’08) has joined Baker McKenzie as a counsel in the North America International Commercial Practice Group. He was previously with Polsinelli PC.
Sarah E. Stogner (’08) of Flanagan Partners LLP has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Rising Stars list (Insurance Coverage), which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
Grant J. Guillot (’09) has been elected to partnership at Adams and Reese, effective Jan. 1. Guillot works in the firm’s Baton Rouge office.
Adam Thames (‘09) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Rising Stars list (Personal Injury-Medical Malpractice Defense), which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.

Erin Sayes Kenny (’11) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Rising Stars list (General Litigation), which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less.
Tyler Trew (’11) has been elected as a shareholder of Liskow & Lewis, effective Jan. 1. Trew is a litigator in the firm’s New Orleans office, and his practice includes a wide variety of both commercial and energy litigation.
Laura Brown (’12) has been elected as a shareholder of Liskow & Lewis, effective Jan. 1. Brown is an energy and environmental litigation attorney in the firm’s New Orleans office.
Randy Marse (’12) has been elected as a shareholder of Liskow & Lewis, effective Jan. 1. Marse represents energy companies in an array of litigation matters in the firm’s New Orleans office, including toxic torts, maritime collision cases, indemnity claims, and tax disputes.
Ryan French (’12) of Taylor Porter has been included on the 2020 Louisiana Rising Stars list (Business Litigation), which recognizes the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less. French has also been elected a partner at Taylor Porter.

John Milazzo (’13) has been elected a partner at Taylor Porter.
Danielle L. Borel (’14) has been named a partner at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P., effective Jan. 1. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation and healthcare litigation.
Christopher Vitenas (’15) has been appointed by Baker Donelson to serve as pro bono committee chairman for its Baton Rouge office. Vitenas is a litigation associate and works on a variety of commercial matters.
