Louis D. Curet ('50)–was inducted into the Cadets of the Ole War Skule at LSU.
1960s

Robert "Pete" Seale ('67)–is now Of Counsel with Oaks, Hartline & Daly. He has been included on the 2016 Best Lawyers in America list for Tax Law and Trust and Estates.
1970s

Eugene J. Sues ('70)–of Gold, Weems, Bruser, Sues and Rundell, received the 2015 Curtis R. Boisfontaine Trial Advocacy Award from the Louisiana Bar Foundation.
E. Frederick Preis, Jr. ('74)–of Breazeales, Sachse & Wilson, L.L.P., Labor & Employment Section, was elected Chair-Elect of the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce and Chair-Elect of the American Red Cross Southeastern Louisiana Division. He was also named Chair of the National Legal Committee for Leading Age Long Term Care Association and was named by the Louisiana State Bar Association to the initial eight-member commission on Labor Law Legal Specialization.
James E. Boren ('75)–has joined the law firm on Jones Walker, L.L.P.
Marilyn Maloney ('75)–of Liskow & Lewis, has been selected to the 2015 edition of Texas Super Lawyers for Real Estate.
Randy Opotowsky ('77)–of Steeg Law Firm LLC in New Orleans, has been included in New Orleans Magazine's Top Lawyers 2015 for Real Estate Law.
Jefferson D. Hughes III ('78)–Louisiana Supreme Court Justice, has been inducted into the Louisiana Justice Hall of Fame.
David Halpern ('79)–has joined Kean Miller as a partner in the New Orleans Office. His practice includes land use issues, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions.
Oscar L. Shoenfelt III ('79)–spoke to graduate students at Fudan University in Shanghai, China on the subject of the U.S. court system and sports law in the U.S.
1980s

Vance Gibbs ('82)–a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller, has been appointed Chairman of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America Board of Trustees.
Michael Walsh ('83)–has been elected Partner at Taylor Porter. Walsh was previously Of Counsel with the Firm.
Kat Gallagher ('88)–a partner in Beck Redden's Houston office, has been inducted as a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers.
1990s

Matthew W. Bailey ('92)–has joined Irwin Fritchie Urquhart & Moore LLC as a Member in the Baton Rouge office. He will practice in the areas of casualty, complex litigation, products liability, insurance and premises liability.
Edward F. Harold ('92)–of Fisher & Phillips LLP, has been named the Regional Managing Partner of the New Orleans and Gulfport office. Also, he has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2016 for labor and employment litigation.
Colter Harris ('94)–of Jackson Walker L.L.P. in the Dallas office, has been selected for inclusion in the 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the area of real estate.
Scott McLaughlin ('94)–of Jackson Walker L.L.P. in the Houston office, has been selected for inclusion in the 2016 edition of The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of employment law-management, labor law-management, and litigation-labor and employment.
Johnny Domiano ('96)–has been appointed Partner in Charge of the New Orleans Office of Adams and Reese.
Neil A. Rombardo ('98)–has been named Chief General Counsel for the Washoe County School District in Reno, Nevada.
2000s

Blake R. David ('01)–of Broussard & David, LLC, has been selected to the 2015 list as a member of the Nation's Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. NADC is an organization dedicated to promoting the highest standards of legal excellence. David has also been named Maritime Section Chair for the Louisiana Association for Justice.
Chris A. Mason ('04)–has been named Partner at Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson. He practices in the Casualty Litigation section.
Franz Borghardt ('06)–of Steven J. Moore, LLC has been elected as chairman of the Louisiana Legislature Law Enforcement Task Force on Body Cameras. Also, he was elected to the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Board of Officers to the Office of the Secretary.
Marissa McCall Dodson ('08)–Policy Director and Attorney at the Georgia Justice Project, received the National Association of Criminal Justice Lawyers' Champion of State Criminal Justice Reform Award. The award recognizes an individual or group who has made exceptional efforts advocating for progressive reform of a state's criminal justice system.
David K. Theard ('08)–of Jones Walker LLP has been elected partner. He practices in the New Orleans office and focuses on transactional matters, representing clients in complex land use and zoning matters, public finance, and economic development projects.
Matthew Meiners ('09)–is a partner in the Baton Rouge office of Kean Miller. He practices in the business and corporate group.
2010s

Arthur Kraatz ('13)–has joined Phelps Dunbar in the New Orleans office's litigation group.
Jessica L. Carter ('15)–has joined the Bernie Sanders Presidential Campaign as a Campaign Coordinator.
Molly Csaki ('15)–has joined Phelps Dunbar in the Baton Rouge office's litigation group.
Ben Jumonville ('15)–has joined Kean Miller as an associate in the Baton Rouge office.
Joseph Lebeau ('15)–former LSU Prosecution Clinic participant, has been appointed as an assistant district attorney in the East Baton Rouge District Attorney's Office. He is the first LSU Law Prosecution Clinic alum to be named a full-time member of the office.
Scott M. Mansfield ('15)–has joined Taylor Porter as an associate. He practices in various areas of litigation, including commercial, general, oil and gas, and insurance defense.
Ahmed Mohamed ('15)–has joined Kean Miller as an associate in the Baton Rouge office.
Andrew J. Rebennack ('15)–has joined King, Krebs & Jurgens as an Associate Attorney in the firm's New Orleans office.
