This endowed scholarship was established in honor of the late Susan A. Halsey (’83), who passed away in December 2014. Ms. Halsey was a highly regarded real estate attorney in the Dallas area. She practiced law with Jackson Walker, joining them in the Dallas office in 1988. Ms. Halsey was very active in the community and was recognized as, “one of the great women of Texas.” She was very proud to be an alumna of LSU and LSU Law. This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time student of the LSU Law Center.
