In March 2017, four of the LSU Law Clinic’s clients —Hondurans aged 40, 17, 16, and 11 — were granted asylum. The students responsible for this win include: Lindsey Elliott-Smith (’17), Logan Luquette (’17), Andrew Whall (’16), Philip Hunter (’16), Gabriel Loupe (’17), Chris Mitchell (’17), and Bentley Baker (’17).
