The LSU Law Center is proud to announce that its Master in Laws has been named a Top 10 LL.M. program for Energy Law by the LLM Guide, alongside some of the finest programs in the world.

The website notes LSU’s energy law resources such as the Energy Law Center and the LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources. LSU Law also offers a wide variety of energy law courses, which prepares highly skilled attorneys deeply grounded in the law, business and science of twenty-first century energy in all of its manifestations.

“Although LSU does not offer a specialized LL.M. in Energy Law, LL.M. students can take a number of classes in the space. LSU hosts a number of energy law resources, including the Energy Law Center and the student edited LSU Journal of Energy Law and Resources,” the ranking states about LSU.

LSU Law joins domestic programs like those at California Berkeley, University of Texas, and University of Houston, as well as international programs at the University of Aberdeen, University of Dundee, University of Melbourne, University of Groningen, University of Calgary, and Queen Mary University of London on the list.

This top-10 list is not intended as definitive or scientific ranking; instead it is an editorial list compiled by taking a few factors into consideration, including offered concentrations, existing rankings, international balance and location.
