Professor John Church presented a paper entitled, Antitrust Enforcement of Vertical Restraints Involving Internet Sales: The U.S. Perspective, at the 2013 workshop “E-Commerce and Competition Law: Recent Developments” which took place July 5 at the EMLyon Business School, one of the leading business schools in France. The paper will be published in the November 2013 edition of the Revue Lamy de la Concurrence. Since 2009 EMLyon and University of Lyon III have organized a series of workshops on competition law and associated economic issues. The workshops bring together experts in law, economics, strategy, marketing and philosophy.
Professor John Devlin appeared as a panelist on LPB’s Louisiana: The State We’re In on July 12 to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent decision in Fisher v. University of Texas.
On June 14 on LPB’s Louisiana: The State We’re In, Vice Chancellor Raymond T. Diamond discussed the Voting Rights Act and Shelby County v. Holder, recently decided by the U.S. Supreme Court.
