The Law Center, the Student Bar Association, and the LSU chapters of The Federalist Society and the American Constitution Society will celebrate Constitution Day 2007 on Monday, September 17 from 11:30 a.m. -1:40 p.m.
A jambalaya lunch will be provided on Centennial Plaza beginning at 11:30 a.m. Food service will continue until 1:15 p.m. Local attorneys and judges will join for lunch.
The celebration will be concluded with a presentation of Some Encounters with the Constitution, Act IV, Father Chief Justice, presented by Professor Paul R. Baier & Co., beginning at 12:40 p.m. in Room 106.
Special performers in the presentation include: Justice (Retired) Harry T. Lemmon, Louisiana Supreme Court; Judge Sylvia Cooks, Louisiana Third Circuit Court of Appeal; Judge Robert Downing, Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal; Professor James D.
