B.A. (Yale), M.A., DPhil (Oxford), Barrister, Professor, Department of Law, University of Essex. Professor Leader also lectures at various universities in Europe and the USA, and is Chairman of the Pallas Consortium of Universities for European Law. His research interests lie in economic relations and human rights, approached both via substantive law and legal and political philosophy.
