Hebert Law Center in 2003 and 2005, and in 2007 he taught for the LSU Buenos Aires Summer Program. In 2009 he was a Visiting Professor at Valparaiso University School of Law (Indiana). His research interests lie in constitutional law and jurisprudence, and his recent publications include The Historical Background of the Police Power, 9 Univ. of Penn. J. of Const.
