	Christina M. Sautter Cynthia Felder Fayard Associate Professor of Law Back to Biography Archive 2008-2009 Biography Christina Sautter joined the faculty as an Assistant Professor of Law in 2008. Professor Sautter received her bachelor's degree from Florida State University in 1999, graduating summa cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, graduating summa cum laude-in the top 3 percent of her class in 2002. While in law school, Professor Sautter was a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review and was selected as a member of The Order of the Coif. After finishing law school, she was a law clerk for the late Honorable H. Emory Widener, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Following her clerkship, Professor Sautter joined the New York City offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP where she practiced in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. In Fall 2006, she joined the faculty of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law as a Westerfield Fellow. During her fellowship, Professor Sautter taught Mergers & Acquisitions, Legal Research & Writing, and Moot Court (Appellate Advocacy).
