Public interest law advocates gathered at the Louisiana Supreme Court last month for the 2012 Pro Bono and Children’s Law Awards Ceremony sponsored by the Louisiana State Bar Association. The LSU Law Center ranks 11th in the nation in the percentage of 2011 graduates employed in full-time, long-term legal jobs within 9 months of graduation, according to an analysis published earlier today by the Wall Street Journal. Some 81.25% of the graduates of the LSU Law Class of 2011 were employed in a full-time, long-term job requiring a legal degree. Read More >
