The 2005 class reunions were held in spite of the after-effects of two devastating
hurricanes. Although attendance was affected, a number of classmates did get
together for fun, fellowship, and reminiscing.
1950 The class of 1950 gathered at the lovely home of Walter and Diane Kirtland.
The event was hosted by 1950 alum William Boles and a wonderful time was had
by all.
Class member Louis Curet was a one-man reunion committee and his efforts cannot
be overstated. He contacted each member of his class to ensure the best turnout
possible. He also provided several photographs of his classmates through the
years for everyone to peruse and enjoy.
1975 and 1980 The classes of 1975 and 1980 joined together at Juban’s for three hours
of food, music, and lively conversation. Second-year LSU Law student Brianna
Guerin led a delightful jazz trio on keyboard. Notable among her many credits,
Brianna has performed at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival....
