W-Series DVD Player

This tutorial will explain how to play a DVD in the DVD player located in the media cabinet.

Press the DVD button on the touchpanel to display the image from the DVD Player on the screen for the projector.

The left side of the panel contains the Send to Projector button and display screen. When the DVD is playing, the display screen will show what is currently playing. However the projector will not display the video until the Send to Projector button is pressed. When this button is pressed, the screen will descend and the projector will activate. Until then, the video on the DVD will only display on the display screen of the panel. Note that the same is true for the VCR controls but NOT the PC, Document Camera, or Laptop.

Open media cabinet on podium to reveal the DVD player. The media cabinet is located on the right of the podium in the corner of the room.

Open DVD tray, place DVD in tray, then close DVD tray.

Press Play on touchpanel to start the DVD.
