Conference DVD Player/VCR

This tutorial will explain how to connect a DVD Player or VCR and project an image from the Conference Table.

This is the table in the middle of the Clinic Conference Room. To connect a DVD Player or VCR you will need to use the A/V cables located in the cable cubby at the head of the table.

This is the cable cubby containing the cables needed to connect a DVD player or VCR.

The audio and video cables needed are the three cables grouped together on the right of the cable cubby.

This is a close-up of the 3 cables used (2 audio and 1 video cable).

Connect the Left and Right audio cables and the video cable to the audio and video outputs on the back of your DVD player or VCR.

Note that depending on the type of video device, the audio and video outputs could be located in different positions.

Once your video device is connected via audio and video cables, press the Video button in the middle of the Computer & Video Center controls in the cable cubby. The screen will descend and the projector will turn on, showing the image from the device.
