Research Appointment Request Form

Research appointments are detailed, one-on-one reference sessions with a librarian on any research issue. To request an appointment, complete and submit the form below. Based on the issue involved, a librarian will be assigned to assist you and will contact you to schedule the appointment. Students may have as many research appointments as needed.
