How do I Photocopy In The Law Library?
Where can I photocopy material?
Photocopiers are available on the first, third and fourth floors of the library. Consult the Library Floor Maps for locations. The copiers do not accept cash, but will accept either your LSU ID card with a Tiger Cash balance or a guest Tiger Cash card. Guest cards may be purchased from the Tiger Cash machine near the Reference Desk for $1.00. Additional funds may be added to the LSU ID card or the guest card at the same machine. Copies are 6 cents each. The machine only takes bills, not change. No one in the Law Center or Law Library can make change.
Can the library make photocopies for me?
Photocopy Service is not provided to requesters who have the materials available to them in their own library or otherwise (reporters and statutory materials regularly kept in private law libraries). The LSU Law Library lacks the personnel to perform this routine service. Out of town requests are given preference in light of local requesters' ability to use employees to do the copying.
