Back How do I Find Class Reserves? Materials placed on Class Reserve by a faculty member can be located using the Class Reserves link in the Library Catalog . You may search by instructor's last name, course ID (e.g. LAW5820), or course name. Fill in the search box and click on Instructor, Course ID, or Course Name as appropriate. Once you enter a search and click the appropriate instructor and class, either a hit list or single full record appears. For example: Many materials placed on Class Reserve are converted to PDF and available online through the catalog record. Make your selection from the search results described above; from the list of titles you may click on the URL or click on Full Details then click on the hypertexted Electronic Address. Materials can be viewed and printed at any computer that has Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher installed. You will be prompted for the e-reserve password which is available at the Circulation Desk, Reference Desk or through your PAWS account under Library Resources: Password Information. Audio and Video reserves are shelved behind the Circulation Desk. Print Class Reserves are shelved on the rear wall of the Reserve Room. All reserve materials circulate for two hours. Some materials may be checked out overnight when checked out two hours before the library closes. Page last updated by johns on 2010-03-16 10:24:53.253 |
