Students  seeking to obtain copies of LSDAS reports and/or admission applications  must complete the Student File Content Request Form.  The completed form should be returned to the Office of Admissions and Student Records, 202 Law Center.  Please allow to 24-48 hours for processing.  Please note that we do not make copies of transcripts received from other colleges or universities.
