I consider myself fortunate to have the friendships I have created thus far at the Law Center. The students I have met come from a wide array of backgrounds and their stories are equally diverse and interesting. There is a sense of unity and companionship throughout the Law Center that is fostered by our common goal to become successful practicing lawyers. I look forward to continuing these relationships long after leaving the halls of the Law Center.(more)
LSU Law recently received formal approval from the Louisiana Board of Regents and the LSU Board of Supervisors to establish an Energy Law Center, the first such center in Louisiana and one of a handful operating in law schools nationwide. The Center will prepare lawyers for the full range of 21st century practice in the complex world of energy law.
The LSU Law Center PUB will be open this fall on Thursday, August 15, 2013-Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 9am-noon and 1pm-3pm, M-F. The PUB is closed on weekends and holidays.
Note: The Law of Obligations in the LA Jursiprudence by Litvinoff and Scalise is available to all LSU Law students through the PUB Institute. Cost is approximately $40.00.
