Then review Outline 1-Intestate Succession and read pp. 1-5 of the Textbook, including the referenced five-page excerpt of Professor Scalise's article, Honor thy Father and thy Mother? How Intestacy Law Goes Too Far in Protecting Parents, 37 Seton Hall L. Rev. 171, 172-176 (2006). Work the problem set on pp. 4 and come to class prepared to share your answers in class. Please bring your laptop, tablet, and/or smartphone to class so that you can access the Moodle page during class.
