LSU Law Center, McKernan Law Auditorium (1 East Campus Drive, Baton Rouge)
Earn up to 12.5 Louisiana CLE credits (including Ethics and Professionalism), 12.5 Texas CLE credits (including two hours of Ethics), 12.5 Mississippi CLE credits (including the required hour of Ethics), or 6.0 Louisiana Title Insurance CE credits.
Your MCLE attendance reporting form will be distributed at the registration table upon check-in. In order to receive Louisiana MCLE credit for the seminar, you must complete and return one MCLE form to us at the end of the seminar. Know your bar number. Need credit for another bar or professional association? We will work with you to report to those entities; see one of our onsite staff.
You have a choice of convenient, PDF materials available approximately one week before the seminar or a bound, hard copy of the materials available for pick-up at check-in. Instructions on how to download PDF materials will be included in your confirmation letter, sent via email and snail mail immediately upon registration. Because neither internet access nor electrical outlets are guaranteed, we suggest that you either print or save the PDF materials to your desktop, and fully charge your batteries, if you wish to review them at the seminar. If you select hard-copy materials, they will be distributed upon check-in at the seminar. Walk-in registrations must pay the registration price for and receive hard-copy materials by default.
Cancellation requests must be received in our office in writing, by email, fax, or mail, no later than 4:30 p.m., 1 calendar week before the opening date of the seminar to receive a refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Requests must be addressed to our office: LSUcle, LSU Law Bldg., Room W203, 110 Union Square, Baton Rouge, LA 70803-0106, and may be faxed to (225) 578-5842 or e-mailed to email@example.com.
Parking on the LSU Campus
The LSU Law Center does not govern parking on or near its campus. Parking policy for all LSU campus parking lots is handled by LSU Parking and Transportation Services. There are no longer any free lots on campus, and the LSU Law Center is no longer afforded any discounted parking for its guests.
We recommend parking in the Union Square Garage (see #9 on the map) at a cost of $12 per day (payable with your seminar registration), or $1.50 per hour payable at the garage (click here for instructions). Attendees wishing to park in any of the law school lots may do so; however, there is now a $10 daily fee. You must first obtain a parking tag from the Visitor Information Center (see #10 on the map) to park in the law lots.
Directions to the Union Square Parking Garage can be found here.
Click here to view/print directions to the LSU Law Center. The directions will include a map of available parking, including the Union Square Parking Garage next door.
