Fellows of the Foundation are selected for their outstanding professional achievements and their demonstrated commitment to the improvement of the justice system throughout the state of Texas. Ms. Halsey was also recently selected for inclusion in the 2013 edition of Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business for Texas in Real Estate. |

Gary P. Graphia ('91) - Kean Miller LLP has announced that Gary Graphia has re-joined their firm's Baton Rouge office. A partner in the firm until 1999, Mr. Graphia served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of The Shaw Group Inc. (NYSE: SHAW / now CB&I) from 1999-2007. Mr. Graphia was elevated to Executive Vice President for Corporate Development and Strategy and became the company's Chief Operating Officer in 2008 until he retired in May 2012. Graphia also recently served as Executive Counsel to Governor Bobby Jindal. |

| Lt. Col. Charles Sherburne "Sherb" Sentell, III ('95) - recently served as a guest speaker at Penn State University's Dickinson School of Law. Sentell spoke to the criminal law school class and gave them his perspective of what it is like to handle criminal cases as a prosecutor for the State of Louisiana. Sentell has over 10 years of experience as an Assistant District Attorney in handling trials involving serious felonies. |

He is currently the head of the Insurance Industry Team and is a member of the firm's Casualty Litigation section. Temple was recently recognized as a Rising Star in Civil Litigation Defense. |
